Dental Claims

Simply present your AFLAC Dental insurance card (included with your policy) to your dentist's receptionist before your appointment, just as you would with any dental insurance plan. Dental claims are filed electronically. Any difference between AFLAC's benefit payment and your actual costs will be billed to you by your dentist.
